Afr. The Methodology:Why? Reflection and discernment are intrinsic to the methodology which is experiential and process-based, involving active participation and gration of theory and practice.

The programme will complement the ASEC course: Sisters' Development Initiative.
MODULE 2: THE CONTEXT PERSPECTIVE. God in the context, and the context in God. The local, global, cosmic, constantly changing perspective of context; various worldviews at work in the group; the approach of Laudato Sí; the Church today and some issues that emerge for us as women and religious; relevant questions about Justice, Peace and Integrity of Creation; SHCJ mission in today´s world and Church - with reference to the 2022 general chapter.
MODULE 3: THE SYSTEM PERSPECTIVE. God in the system and the system in God. Introduction to the systemic approachthe Society as a living system in context: purpose, roles, boundaries, authority and power, resources, conscious and unconscious dynamics, multiculturality and its dynamics, leadership/membership.
MODULE 1: THE PERSON PERSPECTIVE. God in the person and the person in God. Attention to personal history and stories, uniqueness, longings, culture, context, belonging to the Society and the dynamics in relation to this belonging, the person’s leadership story and potential, sacred journey, unique experience of God.

MODULE 5 (face to face meeting).
MODULE 4: THE UNCONSCIOUS AT WORK. God in the unconscious and the unconscious in God. The unconscious at work in the person, in the context, in the system. What happens when a group feels under pressure; basic assumptions and signs of good health precarious health of an organisation.

God in the conflict and the conflict in God. An experiential immersion into Process Oriented Leadership concepts, tools, and practices, focusing especially on the reality of conflict. Leaders have always to deal with conflictual situations. This module will challenge you to befriend conflict, experience it as an ally and an opportunity to expand your consciousness and become more inclusive. Exploration of the intrapersonal and interpersonal dimension of conflict, cultivating wisdombased leadership and learning interventions to enhance the " ...apastoralministry oflove&service... "

Probably 30 sisters, mainly members of the African province in their forties and fifties with some experience already of leadership responsibilities, e.g. current PLT, community leaders, formators, ministry coordinators . . . The sisters applying for the programme would need to commit to participate fully in all modules. They will be selected by the Faith & Praxis facilitators. Who?
