Polo High School students Sadie Baumann, Kayla Blum, and Zoie Sellers were busy selling baked goods at the Polo Wrestling Invitational on Saturday to raise money for their schoolmate, Kaitlyn (Kate) Marschang, 16, of Polo. Marshang was recently diagnosed with small cell ovarian cancer, a rare and aggressive cancer affecting mainly young women. She is a junior at PCHS. Donations to help Marschang and her family can be made at First State Bank. The story in on page 2. Photo by Earleen Hinton
