An immature bald eagle watches below as it sits in a tree along the Rock River in Carnation Park in Oregon on Tuesday. Bald eagles have white head feathers after five years of age. Eagles can be seen below the Oregon dam along the Rock River and in surrounding farm fields foraging for food.
