STEFANIA PLYWACZEWSKA Born: July 21, 1923; in Milanowek, Poland Died: December 17, 2014 Stefania Plywaczewska, age 91, of St. Charles, IL, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 17, 2014, surrounded by family. She was born July 21, 1923, in Milanowek, Poland, the daughter of Kazimierz and Jadwiga (nee Szalinska) Przybylski. She was united in marriage to Jozef Plywaczewski on August 17, 1963, on Long Island, NY. She is survived by her children, Walter (Dawn) Plywaczewski of St. Charles and John Plywaczewski of Batavia; her grandchildren, Sarah, Elizabeth, Joseph, and Catherine; and many nieces, nephews and dear friends. In addition to her parents, Stefania is preceded in death by her husband, Jozef; and her brother, Mieczyslaw Przybylski. Visitation will be held from 3:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Suzanne O. Raysa, age 89, of St. Charles, passed away December 13, 2014, at Highland Oaks in Elgin, of complications related to flu. Suzanne was born in Rome, New York, to Clarence and Elizabeth Salmon. She was a member of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, where she enjoyed serving on many committees and singing in the choir. Before Alzheimer’s took away her abilities, she was an avid gardener, skier, pilot, golfer and fisherman. She is survived by her sister, Lorraine West; children, Betty (Tom) Nilsson, Bill (Rita) Raysa, Lisa Raysa, Mary (Jimi) Raysa, Craig (Peg) Coker, Leslie Coker; many nieces and nephews, several grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Richard Raysa; brother, Ed Salmon; sister-in-law, Carolyn Salmon; brother-in-law, Bob West; and son, Rick Raysa. Robert Clark Christopher, age 83, of Geneva, died Tuesday, December 15, 2014, at Delnor Hospital in Geneva. He was born on Christmas Eve, 1930, in Chicago, to Lawrence and Marvel Christopher. The three things he loved the most were his family, friends and the railroad. He married Mary Lee Morrow in 1956. They were married 51 years. He had four sons who all attended Geneva Schools. He has 5 grandchildren. He worked for the Chicago Northwestern Railroad/Union Pacific Railroad for 44 years. He will be missed by all for his smile, stories and wisdom he shared.
