In a few weeks, Joe Hunt will wrap up his fifth year teaching commercial food service at the Whiteside Area Career Center, and will have to say goodbye to his graduating students. It’ll be reminiscent of his stint at Rock River Golf and Pool, a gig that brought him back from Chicagoland and opened his eyes to youthful exuberance.
