I am moving my practice to a new location in DeKalb at 3301 Resource Parkway, starting June 11, 2016 Attend an open house for patients and physicians (11 am to 1pm) and register June 4, 11 and 12, 2016 My patients and Dr. Shaikh’s patients are welcome to call to move their care and records to the new office location. I will get you in ASAP.
