The mission of the DeKalb Park District is to connect the community, enhance the quality of life, and improve the environment. The DeKalb Park District is committed to providing recreational opportunities to all DeKalb residents regardless of economic circumstances. Consequently, a limited Scholarship Assistance Program fund is available to those who qualify!
