The proposed pilot program for a new parking ordinance moved one step closer to reality Tuesday after a public meeting on the issue. Creston City Council members heard opinions from seven residents who live in the affected area – the 100 through 500 blocks of South Lincoln Street, 200 block of Myrtle Street and the 200 block of South Peterson Street.
