Pace Vanpool is a workday rideshare arrangement that can help employees enjoy a more comfortable and more affordable commute. It′s available for commuters who live or work in Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry, and Will counties. Pace Vanpools consist of individuals who live near each other and have similar travel patterns and work hours. Pace Vanpools operate similar to carpools except they include more perks. Pace supplies the vehicle and covers fuel, tolls, insurance, maintenance, roadside assistance, and van washes. The program also offers a guaranteed ride home for emergency situations.
