BARTLETT AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE | 2020 bartlettare a chamber.com 40 MISSION STATEMENT The Bartlett Area Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to creating a thriving and vibrant business community through promoting and supporting local businesses, organizational, and individual members. As a voluntary membership organization, the Chamber’s goal is to foster and promote business in Bartlett, Hanover Park, and the surrounding communities by providing networking opportunities, educational seminars, marketing, community involvement and partnerships to member businesses, organizations, municipalities, community groups, and individuals. The Chamber is pleased to provide this 2020 Business/Community Resource Guide as an important and valuable resource, featuring the many benefits and services the Bartlett and Hanover Park Area have to offer. As a not-for-profit organization, the Chamber is dedicated to promoting the growth and retention of existing businesses and strives to enhance the value for every member. A dedicated staff and a committed Board of Directors work together in their commitment to make Bartlett and Hanover Park better communities for all. The Board is comprised of all volunteers who work closely to form partnerships at all levels – the Park Districts, Village Government, the Libraries, the School Districts, and Police Departments. The Bartlett Area Chamber of Commerce encourages all local businesses to learn more about our organization and to take advantage of the membership benefits available. The Chamber refers business and promotes member products and services through an interactive website, advertising opportunities, and sponsorship of events that bring Chamber members and the community together. There are a number of ways to become involved in the Chamber’s mission and to bring business and voice into the heart of our local economy.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT The Bartlett Area Chamber of Commerce supports the communities of Bartlett and Hanover Park through our involvement in community events. • NATIONAL NIGHT OUT: This great community event sponsored by the Bartlett Police Department offers members the chance to interact with residents of all ages. • BARTLETT HERITAGE DAYS: The Chamber is proud to support this community-wide fall festival. • HOLIDAY TREE LIGHTING: A partnership with the Village of Bartlett and the Bartlett Park District makes this annual holiday event one to look forward to!
