 CAMPANELLI YMCA www.campanelliymca.org The Campanelli YMCA is a branch of the Golden Corridor Family YMCA Association with locations in Schaumburg, Elgin, and Edwards YMCA Camp in East Troy, Wisconsin. The Y serves communities through health, fitness and wellness, youth and family programs, camps, swimming and aquatics.

 GREATER ELGIN FAMILY CARE CENTER www.gefcc.org The Lake Health Center in Hanover Park offers quality, affordable and integrated family health care services, including well child and pediatric care, physicals and immunizations, and medical case management.

 HANOVER TOWNSHIP FOUNDATION FOOD PANTRY www.hanover-township.org Qualified residents are able to use the food pantry twice per month. An application for those in need of its services is available on the website.

 HANOVER TOWNSHIP YOUTH AND FAMILY SERVICES www.hanover-township.org Strengthens families and provides outreach to youth at risk of school failure for the prevention of juvenile delinquency. Services include family therapy, tutoring and substance abuse prevention and after school open gym program and alternative to suspension program.

 NEIGHBORHOOD FOOD PANTRIES neighborhoodfp.org Nonprofit network of churches, businesses, and organizations providing food security for our neighbors in need at six area food pantries. Also provides monetary assistance for housing, utilities, medical care/ prescriptions, etc.
