March 20th - 24th will be the drop dead week and will include a $10 late fee on top of registration fee. Registration forms will be made available either at the Department Office, online at the City of Osceola Website, or the Department’s Facebook Page. If utilizing either online possibility, please print off the registration form and mail the completed form along with a check made out to Osceola Parks & Recreation for the appropriate amount.
