Marketing Committee

The Marketing Committee's work encompasses all the association's products and services, from understanding market influences and demand to developing promotional communications. Nearly all ICPI Committees are clients for the Marketing Committee and staff support, including Workforce Development, Education, Technical, Construction, CTP Team, Government Relations, HNA, and MMT.

This effort requires close coordination with other ICPI teams and allied industry partners, including NCMA, ASLA, CCMPA, and others.

Working closely with ICPI staff, the Marketing Committee accomplished significant advancements via digital technologies, including the newly re-envisioned ICPI website, ConcreteBusinessUpdate.org, HardscapingIs.com Paveshare.org microsites, social media campaigns, digital management platforms, and more.

ICPI Marketing staff introduced an information package designed to assist members with developing and submitting Project Profiles to ICPI. These profiles can be tremendously helpful as they spotlight success stories to promote paver solutions and inspire designers and project owners to consider new hardscapes.

At the 2021 Annual Meeting session:

• The Industry Sales Profile Promotion Task

Group reported plans for the current year cycle to increase the survey response rate.

• The Committee recommended to the

Foundation Board of Trustees a John Burns

Real Estate proposal to study the addedvalue influence of pavers on residential properties.

• The Committee received updates on progress toward CTP Team support material requests, including social media messaging, technical topic summary videos, and handouts.

• ICPI staff presented updates on website development and use analytics, social media, and email campaign performance.

Bylaws are the fundamental rules by which ICPI governs itself and are essentially the organization's contract with members.
