Dues & Bylaws Committee | Mike Mueller, Chair | Todd Holyfield, Vice Chair The Dues & Bylaws Committee receives, reviews, and recommends changes to ICPI's guiding policies consistent with the association's overall mission and purpose. A member dues increase appropriately receives a great deal of scrutiny at this level and, if the recommendation moves forward, at the Board. There was no increase in dues proposed during the prior year. Funding needs in service to ICPI's strategic objectives and projections for non-dues revenue factor in consideration member dues changes. The Committee discussed a review of this year's proposed membership dues increase, and the Board of Directors ultimately approved a 2% increase.
Also, at the 2021 Annual Meeting session: The Dues and Bylaws Committee approved several policy amendments that will align policy with current practices. Some of the policy amendments include: •
Final approval of edits to make the Policy Manual gender neutral

Approval to update the Technical Committee charge
•
Approval of 30-minute increments for continuing education credit hours
•
Created two task groups to review ICPI asset and Chapter Affiliation policies.
