By seamlessly integrating nature into the residential experience, we seek to inspire a deeper connection between residents and the natural world. Emathla Residence is not just a residence; it’s a testament to the beauty and resilience of Miami’s unique tropical ecosystem.

Our landscape strategy seeks to enhance the building’s horizontal lines by incorporating meandering pathways and lush tropical greenery. This design aims to seamlessly blend nature with architecture, creating a harmonious and inviting environment for residents and visitors alike.

Collaboration is at the core of our project. Architects, arborists, surveyors, clients, structural engineers, and civil engineers work in unison. Together, we blend creativity, expertise, and vision to craft an exceptional landscape that harmonizes with nature, architecture, and the client’s aspirations.

Blumberg Residential Project, an innovative $15 million landscape endeavor in Golden Beach, Florida. Our project prioritizes sustainability by focusing on the selection of native plant species, reducing plant procurement costs, and minimizing water usage for irrigation. By carefully curating a diverse array of plant species, we aim to create an ecoconscious and visually captivating landscape. This project embodies our commitment to both environmental stewardship and aesthetic excellence, harmonizing nature with modern living.

Emphasizing sustainability through the strategic choice of native plant species, we’ve achieved significant reductions in plant procurement expenses while concurrently minimizing water consumption for irrigation.

The $15 million Blumberg Residential Project in Golden Beach, Florida, stands as a testament to our commitment to environmental sustainability and aesthetic innovation. Our primary goal is to encapsulate the essence of Miami’s tropical charm through landscaping. This involves carefully selecting an array of exotic and native plant species that thrive in the local climate. Palms, ferns, colorful flowering plants, and vibrant foliage will be strategically planted to create a lush, layered canopy that provides both shade and a captivating visual experience.

Thesis | Bus Terminal cum Commerical Complex

Place: Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India

The central vision driving this project was a transformational one to redefine the traditional bus terminal experience, offering travelers and visitors an elevated level of comfort and convenience. At the heart of this vision was a commitment to prioritizing the needs of Kumbh Mela attendees, enriching their pilgrimage experience through enhanced amenities and services. Beyond this immediate objective, the project also aimed to ensure the versatility of the sports facilities incorporated into the design, envisioning their use well beyond the event, contributing to the long-term vitality of the community and the region. This overarching vision not only sought to meet immediate requirements but also aspired to leave a lasting legacy of improved infrastructure and communal well-being.

The conceptualization of this design was a meticulous process, grounded in comprehensive literature reviews and in-depth analysis of relevant case studies. This research served as the foundation for aligning our vision with the Smart City proposal, which underscores the importance of creating urban environments that are not only more efficient but also environmentally sustainable.

The aim was to reimagine the urban transport system, making it more streamlined, responsive, and attuned to the needs of the modern city. By weaving together insights from extensive research and the principles of the Smart City initiative, our design seeks to offer a transformative solution that not only enhances the efficiency of urban transportation but also contributes to the broader goal of fostering greener, more sustainable urban landscapes.
