Our landscape strategy seeks to enhance the building’s horizontal lines by incorporating meandering pathways and lush tropical greenery. This design aims to seamlessly blend nature with architecture, creating a harmonious and inviting environment for residents and visitors alike.

Collaboration is at the core of our project. Architects, arborists, surveyors, clients, structural engineers, and civil engineers work in unison. Thesis | Bus Terminal cum Commerical Complex

Place: Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India

Year: 2021

The central vision driving this project was a transformational one to redefine the traditional bus terminal experience, offering travelers and visitors an elevated level of comfort and convenience. At the heart of this vision was a commitment to prioritizing the needs of Kumbh Mela attendees, enriching their pilgrimage experience through enhanced amenities and services. Beyond this immediate objective, the project also aimed to ensure the versatility of the sports facilities incorporated into the design, envisioning their use well beyond the event, contributing to the long-term vitality of the community and the region. This overarching vision not only sought to meet immediate requirements but also aspired to leave a lasting legacy of improved infrastructure and communal well-being.

The conceptualization of this design was a meticulous process, grounded in comprehensive literature reviews and in-depth analysis of relevant case studies. This research served as the foundation for aligning our vision with the Smart City proposal, which underscores the importance of creating urban environments that are not only more efficient but also environmentally sustainable.

The aim was to reimagine the urban transport system, making it more streamlined, responsive, and attuned to the needs of the modern city. By weaving together insights from extensive research and the principles of the Smart City initiative, our design seeks to offer a transformative solution that not only enhances the efficiency of urban transportation but also contributes to the broader goal of fostering greener, more sustainable urban landscapes.
