4. Developing New Process:

Attending a workshop is like gifting yourself a new possibility to learn something new from peers who have better experience and knowledge to share with you a new bee into the world. The environment is very competitive and to survive one must attend as many as workshops as possible to stay tuned to it or to stay ahead of the competition. 5. Inspired to Work Better:

You are more inspired to finish your idea when you have an audience. It is great to be part of a workshop to provide such encouragement as it is a guarantee someone else will appreciate your work.

6. Having Fun While Learning:

Most significantly, workshop is intended for development and enjoyment. Even if you think your job is not dramatically changing, you may still have a valuable attendance period. When you are happy, your productivity and innovation improve dramatically.

CONS:

1. The chance that the topics may not actively help your concerns. 2. The chance that attendees will expect too much from a workshops and thus be disappointed. 3. May be hard to fit everything that you want to cover into a single workshop. 4. Handling large crowd for hands-on practice may be difficult.

4.4 Business Management

Business management focuses on the organizing, planning and analyzing of business activities that are required to efficiently manage and run a business.

4.4.1 Why it is Important

 As We know that there are small scale industries in GAYA.  So the people here are just limited there  And these people are not able to take their business on a big scale  Because these people are not able to deal with big dealers and big scale industries.
