Scope of work includes: • New interior tenant improvement work includes new walls, ceilings, associated mep systems and equipment, including new roof-top mechanical units • New exterior storefront and overhead doors • New loading dock and dock canopy • New truck wash canopy • All associated sitework including new site utilities, paving, and landscape.
