CHECK IT OUT ON OUR SOCIAL MEDIA STORIES
The latest in the industry
Share Sync Talks are a series of interviews that delve deeper into topics with industry experts over topical and current issues that are being discussed in the media right now
The purpose is to share current and correct, at the time of recording, information that will help shape ideas and thoughts in a collaborative manner
Recently, Esmé Spurling got to interview Dr Alan Richards, Managing Director of Tangencia Ltd.
In the latest episode we explore Tangencia Ltd, a company managed by Dr Alan Richards that provides training and support to workforces, corporations, and governments, with a focus on their impact using techniques such as Lego Serious Play workshops to shape strategy and planning.
We also discuss women’s empowerment, the need for more women in CEO roles, and the importance of dismantling stigma around women in media and leadership positions.
The conversation extends to the shift in storytelling, with films led by women and greater representation behind the camera offering richer narratives and societal change. Listen via #YouTube
We welcome any enquiries and collaboration to join a Share Sync Talk, we hope you enjoy the discussions!
Team updates
Our own Dr Micheal Krona recently presented some of his recent research on the Changing Perception on the Role of Media Technology in Conflict.
The short talk discusses about the role of media technology and social media in conflict and war, where simplified perceptions about positive and negative impacts of social and digital media in conflict are challenged, with the aim of raising critical awareness about the need for more nuanced approaches to strategic use of personalised media in conflict.
