The Rotary Leadership Instute (RLI) is a muli-district, grassroots leadership program. RLI is a recommended programofRotaryInternaonal.Itseekstoprovidequality educaon in Rotary knowledge and leadership skills to Rotarians interested in developing their Rotary parcipaon and to those idenfied by Rotary Clubs as having a potenal in club leadership. These educaonal opportunies will teach skills that will benefit the membersintheirlivesandintheirvolunteerservice.

Rotary Club of Panaji Riviera, Rotary Club Of Porvorim, Rotary Club of Vasco Port Town and Rotary Club of Synergy Passport jointly hosted a 3 day Mul District Rotary Leadership Instute (RLI) with partner districts 3030, 3131,3132,3150,3261andofcourse3170,onFri17th,Sat 18th&Sun19thFebruary2023inGoa.

250 rotarians from 25 districts, 3 countries (Sri Lanka, Bangladesh & Nepal), total 21 batches including 10 batches of graduate courses… A total of 450 seats with 23 facilitators from all over India sharing and learning, across 2 venues - Terminal Lounge, Caculo Mall and Internaonal CentreGoa.

The RLI format uses the tried and tested discussion based programinsmallbatchesof20.

It focuses on Interacve sessions, learning with fun, exchanging ideas, leadership development, engaging members, team building, service project leads and personal growth, with a promise to take the parcipants RotaryLeadershipskillstothenextlevel.

Another aracon of this mega event was the fellowship dinnerontheRoyalCruise-galadinner,saxophonist,goan folk dances, dj music and dancing… Unlimited 3 hours of funandfriendship!

The RLI team connues to build bridges of fellowship along with creang, exploring, sharing and learning, throughtheirslogan'Togetherwelearn'.
