The Façade

Plastic Pollution depicts a world full of mixed messages resulting in many people being left with confusion over which facts to believe. Within this piece of work, I set out to portray the two sides of the argument through the style of lenticular printing. The image on the left highlights the façade of plastic pollution and the idea that it’s not harming the environment and we can carry on destroying the world ignorantly, whereas the right-hand images are suggesting the opposite and convey that education plays a key role in emphasizing the destructiveness of this issue. As soon as people understand, then change is possible.
