In our foyer you will find an English heritage listed structure, the Sweetshop, which was formerly the Theatre Box O ffice. I t opens before shows and during show inter vals for those hard to resist treats! We also sell ice creams in lots of delicious flavours in our auditorium during the interval.

Please Note: NO refunds given on tickets unless the show is cancelled Normally no exchange of tickets is permitted but where it may be possible there will be a charge of £2 per ticket Original tickets must be returned at time of exchange. Lost tickets are subjec t to a charge of £2 per ticket. Refunds may be given at the discretion of the management or promoting agent. Please ensure when purchasing tickets that you have the correct per formance, date and time selected before completing the transaction. There is a £1.50 charge on each order to post tickets to you. Shanklin Theatre cannot accept any responsibility for tickets lost in the post. Postal bookings may be paid by cheque made payable to ‘Shanklin Theatre Limited’. The Mangement reser ves the right to:
a) Refuse admission of the ticket holder to the premises.
b) Refuse entr y of and use on the premises of any camera or any form of audio or visual recording equipment
c) Request the ticket holder to leave the premises and to take any appropriate measure to enforce such request
d) Delay latecomers until a suitable break or interval in the performance/event. Re admission is not normally permitted during a performance.

e) Make any changes whatsoever in the per formance/event owing to any unforeseen or unavoidable cause.
) Cancel or abandon the per formance/event for reasons beyond its control without notice and without being liable to pay any person compensation or damage whatsoever other than, at the management’s discretion, a possible percentage or maximum refund to the ticket holder of the value of the ticket.
