Whether you are looking for excitement or a quiet place to relax, SandVenture Aquatic Park will fit the bill. The unique pool was modeled after area lakes and offers a sand-bottom, chlorinated pool. Soak up the sun or build sandcastles with the kids on a summer afternoon. Other amenities at SandVenture include a 300-foot waterslide, two 12-foot drop slides, a diving board, concessions, and locker rooms.

For indoor aquatic fun, check out the Shakopee Indoor Aquatic Center or Dakotah! Sport and Fitness Aquatic Center. The 22,300-square-foot Shakopee Indoor Aquatic Center includes a zero-entry leisure pool with play features and water slide. The center also has a four-lane lap pool, sauna, and whirlpool. The Dakotah! Aquatic Center includes a water slide, inflatable aquatic toys, kids interactive water fountain, whirlpool, and more.
