Founded only 18 months ago, Shailer Racing has quickly established itself as the leading training operation on the Mid North Coast of NSW- and we invite you to race with us!

Paul has over 25 years experience in the racing industry, starting as an apprentice jockey in New Zealand before becoming assistant trainer to Chris Waller in Sydney.

Paul spent more than 12 years with the Chris Waller Racing stable and was a driving force in the rise of that stable from small beginnings to one of the most successful stables in Australian racing history.

Shailer Racing train from a property based on course at the Port Macquarie Race Club. With access to 30 boxes, day yards, horse walker, an arena for dressage work and the beach only 5 minutes away ensures every horses needs are catered for to ensure the best possible result for owners.

• Located in Port Macquarie on the Mid North Coast of NSW.

• On and Off Course Facilities including 7km of beach access to the south and 13km of uninterrupted beach access to the North.

• As well as being nestled alongside the pristine Hastings River which can be used for swimming horses.

» Access to 2 magnificent beaches for pace work, slow work, and swimming. To the south Lighthouse Beach offers 7km of uninterrupted galloping space, as well as North Shore which offers 13km of isolated beach for horse use.

» Access to Hastings River, a saltwater sanctuary for swimming of the horses within 5 minutes of the track.

» Stables are open and airy with spacious boxes providing a healthy and peaceful environment for the horses.

» Wash bays and Sand Rolls within stabling complex.
