CONCEPTUAL MODELING IN REVIT - THESIS PROJECT
This development includes a residential community characterized by a combination of mid-rise and low-rise structures, featuring a harmonious blend of mixed-use buildings and private residences.
The project integrates diverse commercial purposes, including a kindergarten, café, gymnasium, and other amenities.
Moreover, the undertaking incorporates the meticulous restoration of a structure possessing significant cultural heritage value.
• Joined to the project subsequent to the conceptual phase and worked under the supervision of the Lead Architect.
• Prepared graphic elements for all buildings to building permit applications.
• Participated in the redesigning of select residential spaces.
• Worked closely with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers, along with other team members, to coordinate drawings.
• Designed kindergarten, commercial space for a gym, and prepared marketing materials for all units.
• Worked on creating BIM models.

Developed a residential microdistrict featuring mid-size apartment buildings equipped with underground parking facilities.
The project comprises nine buildings harmonized with surrounding landscaping, with penthouses occupying the uppermost apartments.
• Contributed to the preparation of the graphic elements required for building permits.
• Engaged in the generation of detailed drawings, BIM models, views, and sheets for all structures.
• Enhanced the visual aesthetics of drawings, finetuned graphic configurations, and rectified errors within the BIM model.
• Spearheaded the creation of marketing materials.

The envisioned concept of a private dormitory, spanning an area of approximately 18,000 square meters, entails the establishment of 470 residential apartments with varying capacities, catering to approximately 600 students.
Embracing the “mixed-use” classification, the project incorporates dedicated areas for coworking, a gym, a café, underground parking, a commercial ground floor, and various amenities.
This concept, securing first place in the competition, presently awaits implementation.
