The site is residing in residential area almost the center of that locality called as Paper Mill Colony which was settled there almost for 25 years from now. The site was built for the performances related to dance musical & theatre, the site already has auditorium and multi-purpose hall which is used to promote the concept of cultural advancement. But because of COVID the site has a serious hit, the site has nothing much to hold the crowd any further which made the site shut down and abandoned post Covid. Area for interventions : - Learning Studio space (ground & first floor) - Accommodation space (first floor above multi-purpose hall)
