This is a small summary of a love story, for love has many shapes, colors, and more, but can not be contained nor described in tangible words, for love is more than a feeling that grows each passing day once you find the person you can not live without...
Moksha Weddings planned and executed every detail perfectly.
Love transcends boundaries and can be hard to define. Ameet and Rahee found that special connection and decided to make the ultimate vow to each other.
The events flowed seamlessly into celebrations of love, for all guests were nothing but smiles, laughs, hugs and dance.
The Haldi was hosted in an ambience of reverence for this celebration expressing the purity that the couple must go through prior to the wedding ceremony. and this can be described as a process where the yellow paste known as haldi, finds its way to the couple’s face, forearms, hands, knees and feet.
And the evening came to be, and the Sangeet was right around the corner. For many people sangeet is described as a colorful party, full of food, drinks, music and dance.. but for Rahee and Amit was a little more than just a party.
They wanted a mixture of Party and Hollywood, this was the main idea that they had in mind, Joss being a planner that always looks and thinks outside the box, had a powerful insight of what would be right for them and made it happen.
The party hosted Hollywood elegance and was still colorful to keep sangeet essence into it, for this celebration was not only made by the decor but by the people itself, and they did not disappoint!! they came and rocked the party in such a big manner it felt as a new sangeet level experience, for the catering hosted by patravali with their live stations made the elderly remember their native places, for they might have left India, but India never left them, it showed them a warm embrace by filling their bellies with delicious food, to be followed by performances of family and friends to make a night to remember!
But all of this was to end at night, for the most important celebration was to come!
Following traditions, for they still wanted to do all the right way, after having a magical time with their First Look, all the feelings were like live wires.
The first look meant the moment when the couple sees each other wearing their wedding outfits for the first time, and this made the groom shed tears at how perfectly beautiful his bride and soon wife looked in her wedding outfit.
The baraat was beginning to take form, for the groom was already in the dock to take the boat, his groomsmen were at his side and so photo and video took charge into the boat and began the baraat.
The ceremony would start soon and after poojas for welcoming the groom and his family, all guests began to take seats and the ceremony continued, and just when you thought the ceremony was about going to flow as usual customs say it should, it came the time for the bride to walk into the aisle and joining the groom into the mandap, this surprise came as a cherry on top, for the performance of the bride prior to entering the mandap was cheered by all guests as well.

What is left to say?... The reception was classic elegance and chic details were tailored to perfection. The morning flew by and everyone was getting ready to do one more party, one more celebration of love for this couple.
The Dj practice with them at their entrance and also their first dance. The couple took many pictures of their venue to fully enjoy in a private way their moment as they loved every single detail of it all.
Time flew by and the time to let everyone in the ballroom came to be. Doors were opened and the couple sneaked out for they wanted an entrance fitted to their emotions.
The vibes were so happy that everyone danced and laughed until they couldn’t. the Dholy made the vibes and hearts beat in one sound to make everyone jump up and down the dancefloor.
But for all that starts it had to came to an end, however this end only meant the beginning of the story of Rahee and Amit.

Q: Can you tell us a bit about your background and how you became a wedding planner?
CP: I’ve been working in the wedding industry for 6 years, but my passion for event planning actually goes way back. I remember watching JLo’s “The wedding planner” movie as a little girl and thinking, “I want to do that when I grow up!” It was one of those moments when I just knew what I wanted to do.
I’ve always had a strong love for design, whether it was interior design, event styling, or just creating beautiful, cohesive spaces. For me, wedding planning is the perfect blend of creativity and logistics—getting to bring a couple’s vision to life while making sure every detail comes together flawlessly.
Over the years, I’ve been lucky enough to work with a variety of clients and see how personal and meaningful each wedding can be. That’s what I love most about this job: creating something unique and memorable for each couple. There’s nothing more rewarding than watching a vision come to life and knowing that I played a part in making their dream day a reality.

What are the top three things couples should consider when planning their wedding?
CP: I believe that the 3 key things couples should think about are:
Budget - It sounds obvious, but it’s so important to be realistic about what you can spend. The budget guides so many decisions from the venue to the vendors to how many guests you invite.
Personalization - Every couple is unique, and their wedding should reflect that! Every wedding should tell a story and I truly believe this is what turns an event from ordinary to extraordinary.
Guest experience - Especially for South Asian weddings, where there can be a lot of traditions, rituals, and extended family involved, it’s really important to think about the overall guest experience. Making sure everyone feels comfortable and part of the celebration is key.
Q: What are some common misconceptions couples have when it comes to wedding planning?
CP: The “I Can Do It Myself” Mindset
With so many DIY resources and wedding planning tools available online, it’s easy to see why some couples feel they can take on everything themselves. But wedding planning is a huge task, and it can quickly get overwhelming.

We use planning tools like shared documents to stay on the same page and I make sure they’re always updated on the progress. It’s a way for them to relax and trust that I’m handling the details, but also for them to feel in control and involved in the process.

CP: I always tell my couples that with a well-structured plan, there’s little room for surprises. However, staying calm and flexible when unexpected moments arise, and focusing on solutions helps create a relaxed, stress-free atmosphere. This approach ensures the day feels seamless, no matter what comes up.

CP: Personalizing a wedding doesn’t have to come with a hefty price tag; it’s all about getting creative with the details that matter most to you.
One way to make your wedding feel truly unique is by focusing on customizing the overall experience, not just the decor. For example, you could design an interactive seating chart, hire a fun and engaging MC to bring your events to life, or create a personalized reception theme that reflects your style and story. These thoughtful touches will help create a memorable experience for your guests without necessarily breaking the bank.

CP: Family dynamics—Especially in South Asian weddings where extended families might have strong opinions.
I act as a mediator, ensuring that all voices are heard while still staying true to the couple’s vision. It’s all about balancing everyone’s needs while keeping the couple’s happiness at the forefront.

CP: One common challenge is decision fatigue. When there are so many options and opinions to consider, it can feel overwhelming. I guide couples through the decision-making process by offering them curated options based on their preferences and budget, so they don’t feel like they have to choose from an endless list.

CP: For 2025, I’m excited to see some really creative trends emerging in weddings. A few of my favorites are: Dramatic Oversized Draping – Couples are embracing bold, flowing fabrics to create a grand, ethereal atmosphere.
Wedding Content Creators – More couples are bringing in dedicated content creators to capture their wedding day through social media and behind-the-scenes footage.
Abstract Florals – We’re seeing a shift toward more artistic, abstract floral designs. These unconventional arrangements feel fresh and modern, adding a unique twist to the traditional floral aesthetic.
Vintage Film Photography – There’s a resurgence of vintagestyle film photography, giving weddings a timeless, nostalgic feel. Couples love the grainy, soft quality of film for capturing moments with a sense of artistry and warmth.
Romantic Film- Style Videography – Think cinematic, dreamy videography with a film-like quality. It’s a more romantic and artistic approach to wedding films, giving couples a beautiful story to relive for years to come.
Q: For couples who want a stress-free wedding experience, what advice would you give to ensure they enjoy the planning process and the big day?
CP: My biggest piece of advice is to trust the process and hire professional help. You don’t have to do everything yourself!
A great wedding planner will take so much pressure off your shoulders, from handling logistics to managing vendors. The more you trust your planner, the more you can actually enjoy the process.
Also, don’t forget to take small moments for yourselves. At the end of the day, it is all about celebrating your love!
