Excellent managers and leaders are critical to the effective operation and ultimate success of our business. Preparing our team members for future management roles is a key focus of our growthstrategy.
This 18 - 30 month programme offers a structured development pathway for individuals who aspire to move into their first management role. The programme is designed to be comprehensive, covering essential management principles, and personal development. Managers will gain a comprehensive understanding of themselves, their career aspirations, leadership capabilities, and networking skills. They will be equipped with practical tools to advance their careers and build strong professional networks, positioning them for successasemergingleaders.

Semi-Seniors, Seniors, Assistant Manager level team members who haven't yet undertaken their first management role but wish to prepare themselves for developing their career in this direction.

Flipped learning is a contemporary approach to adult-learning Learners are given learning material before the event with event time then being used to deepen comfort and confidence through discussion with peers and experiential activities enabling skill development.
