INVESTING IN LGBTQ+ YOUTH $1.6 million to go to Queer youth organizations

by Kali Herbst Minino SGN Intern Two philanthropic foundations have partnered to create a two-year pilot program that will provide $1.6 million in unrestricted funding to organizations that serve Queer youth in Washington. The Paul G. Allen Family Foundation, which invests in Pacific Northwest communities and focuses on underserved populations and youth, is providing the funds. goes to the bathroom. As a young kid learning how to navigate the world around them, Arlow often felt embarrassed about their disease. Now, 15 years later, a lot has changed.
