by Mike Andrew SGN Staff Writer A three-judge panel of the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that Title VII of the Civil Rights Act does not protect Lesbian and Gay employees.
The vote in the March 10 decision was 2-1. The original lawsuit was brought by Lambda Legal on behalf of Jameka Evans against her former employer, Georgia Resee TITLE VII page 6
