2015 real estate activity in Club View Townhomes was one of the best years since 2008. A total of 7 sales closed in 2015 compared to 2 sales in 2014. In 2015 the average list price was $674,429 and had an average selling price of $680,000.

Of the 7 sales, 6 of them closed at or above list price, some of them receiving multiple offers. The highest price sale was my listing at 4607 Club View Dr $835,000 with multiple offers and was sold before it went public. The lowest price sale was $569,000 located at 1503 North View Dr. The price per square foot was up 13% from $297.81 to $338.72. All this translates to a healthy 2016 market for Club View homeowners looking to sell and take advantage of buyers looking to pay a premium.
