ORIGINI DEL MIO DESIGN Sentendo forte in me l’esigenza di esprimere ciò che sento in relazione a ciò che mi accade e a ciò che accade nel mondo, già all’età di quattordici anni ho intrapreso un iter di sperimentazione artistica sia di carattere tecnico (nuove tecniche di rappresentazione, materiali e strumenti) che grafico (arte figurativa e astratto). Nel 1995 sono approdato alla tecnica dei “murales” che ho subito sentito mia. Fatto mio questo mondo la mia spinta creativa mi ha portato oltre, esplorando in modo nuovo la realtà della tela attraverso un mix di tecniche proprie della società attuale (foto e PC) e dell’arte pittorica. Oggi stampo su tela con un plotter una foto significativa e intervengo ulteriormente con pennello e aerografo giocando con volumi, piani proiettanti, colori e forme... La mia tela diventa un mondo, dove il soggetto del quadro interagisce direttamente con lo sfondo stesso del quadro per mezzo di parole diventate a tutti gli effetti sculture eteree su tela. Oggi queste sculture eteree sono diventate delle forme di Design personalizzate.

ABOUT GIOVANNI ROSSO Since the 1890’s the Rosso family has farmed vineyards in Serralunga d‘Alba. During the early 1980’s Giovanni Rosso restructured the vineyards with the aim of growing the best fruit. The replanting having been completed to his satisfaction, he then founded his winery in the early 1990s. Giovanni’s son, Davide Rosso, studied Oenology and having completed his degree, went to work abroad taking in Alsace, Champagne and Burgundy, notably gaining experience at Domaine Jean Grivot and Domaine Denis Mortet. In 2001 Davide, then 27 years old, took charge of the vinification & affinamento/elevage of the wines with one goal in mind: “Wine should be a perfect copy of its terroir“... in this case from the slopes of Serralunga d‘Alba, among the finest soils in the world.
