Multi-Sports Fitness & Training Camp - Afternoons Course Code: SPRT 202 Instructor: TBD Location: Soccer Field Grade Level 1: Gr 2/Y3-Gr 5/Y6 and Grade Level 2: Gr 6/Y7-Gr 8/Y9 Session(s): 1, 2 & 3 Half Day: Afternoons Cost: US$190.00/225,000KRW per half-day session Minimum: 4 Maximum: 12 Description: This camp will operate on a 5-Day Rotation. There will be a daily choice whereby students may opt for a Half-Day session (a morning session or an afternoon session), or students may choose a Full-Day Session (by selecting both Morning and Afternoon Course Codes). There will be two separate age brackets: a younger age bracket and an older age bracket. Mornings sessions will be split into 2 parts. The first part of the morning will focus on “The Components of Fitness”: How to train and assess for Strength, Power, Agility, Balance, Flexibility, Muscular/Cardiovascular Endurance and Co-ordination. The second morning activity will focus on an area of Track & Field, including Sprinting, High-Jump, Long-Jump, Triple-Jump, Shot Put/Chest Pass, Discus/Quoit throw, and Javelin, teaching and training, performing and recording personal bests. Afternoon Sessions will also be split into 2 parts. The afternoon will focus on Team Games from different areas of P.E., such as Football, Basketball, Tee-Ball, Volleyball, Field Hockey and “Dodge Ball”! The first part of the afternoon will focus on the skills and drills for the specific sport. The second part of the afternoon will focus on rules and “Game Play,” with a competition to finish.

SPRT 203 Mr. Aaron Jefferd Aquatics Center 9–17 years of age 1 & 2 (this is a two-week camp that runs Monday-Friday both weeks - each session is registered separately) Half Day: Morning Session only - 7:15am - 8:45am Cost: US$190.00 or 225,000KRW Minimum: 6 Maximum: 20 (Limited to 20 participants to allow for maximum personal attention from the instructor) Description: The SFS Swim Camp will focus on all of the skills a competent swimmer needs - all four strokes (Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Free-style) starts, turns, and finishes. Instruction will provide personalized attention to each swimmer's strengths and weaknesses. Swimmers will focus on correcting and refining their techniques and skills to improve their weaknesses. Swimmers will also participate in swimming-related dry-land exercises including daily stretching. If students wish, information will be shared on ways to improve swimming outside the pool including nutrition, flexibility, sleep habits and strength training.
