At Wise Owl Trust we value the hard work and dedication of each and every member of our family, embodying our motto of

‘TOGETHER EVERYONE ACHIEVES MORE.’

We are committed to the promotion of positive mental health of the whole Trust community.

Our vision is to create safe and happy academies, which includes a safe place to be open about mental health issues.

As a Trust we pledge to support our whole Trust community, recognising that sometimes stress cannot be avoided in the workplace or home.

We are however, committed to reducing the stress as much as realistically possible and supporting everyone through such times.

Respecting the fact that different deadlines may be given from different people creating multiple deadlines for an individual and thereby taking care to co-ordinate this.

BENEFITS FOR ALL ALL MEMBERS OF THE WISE OWL TRUST TEAM

The 24-hour advice and support line can support staff on a wide range of issues from anxiety, finance issues, family issues, relationships through to housing and more. Structured telephone counselling is also offered to ALL school staff as well as an online health and wealth portal (also available as an app) with tips and resources which may help staff during this time.

HELPLINE SUPPORT

We want to help you to signpost information to support the health and wellbeing of our children, including the provision of a helpline for staff, as well as a separate helpline for parents, from One Education Psychology team for staff and parents to contact if they need support for their children.
