Subscription to Game and Positions Catalog
If you are under 18 then you must have your parents' or guardians' permission to make the subscription. By completing the subscription, you are confirming to us that you have any and all permission that may be necessary in order to allow you to make that In-App Subscription.
More information about how you may be able to switch off and/or manage In-App Subscriptions using your device may be set out in the App Store terms and conditions/ EULA, in your device's help settings or online. If you are a parent or guardian of someone under the age of 18 we recommend that you consider any parental controls that may be provided by the App Store if you are concerned that your child may make excessive In-App Purchases.
The subscription can only be consumed within the app. If you make subscription, that subscription cannot be cancelled after you have initiated its download. In-App Purchases cannot be redeemed for cash or other consideration or otherwise transferred. If you make any In-App Purchases in the app, then the App Store terms and conditions/EULA applicable to In-App Purchases will also apply.
If the subscription is not successfully downloaded or does not work once it has been successfully downloaded, we will, after becoming aware of the fault or being notified of the fault by you, investigate the reason for the fault. We will act reasonably in deciding whether to provide you with a replacement In-App Purchase or issue you with a patch to repair the fault.
In no event will we charge you anything further to replace or repair the subscription. In the unlikely event that we are unable to replace or repair the relevant In-App Purchase or are unable to do so within a reasonable period of time and without significant inconvenience to you, we will authorize the App Store to refund you an amount up to the cost of the relevant subscription. Alternatively, if you wish to request a refund, you may do so by contacting the App Store directly.
You acknowledge and agree that all billing and transaction processes are handled by the App Store from whose platform you downloaded the app and are governed by the App Store terms and conditions/EULA. If you have any payment related issues with InApp Purchases then you need to contact the App Store directly.
Subscription Automatically Renews Until You Cancel & How to Cancel Your Subscription
All amounts are payable and charged: (i) for one-off purchase (e.g. lifetime Subscription), at the time you place your order; and (il) For monthly or yearly subscriptions, at the beginning of the subscription and, because each such subscription renews automatically for an additional period equal in length to the expiring subscription term until you cancel it, at the time of each renewal until you cancel. You must cancel your monthly or yearly Subscription before it renews to avoid the billing of the fees for the next Subscription period. You will not receive a refund for the fees you already paid for your current subscription period and you will continue to receive the Services ordered until the end of your current subscription period.
In-app purchases are purchased from and billed by Apple iTunes, not 2V Software. These purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of Apple iTunes. All billing and refund inquiries must be directed to Apple iTunes. 2v Software does not have access to Apple iTunes accounts or transactions. If you wish to confirm the type of subscription that has been purchased from Apple iTunes, please consult your Apple iTunes account or receipt. Apple iTunes will send an e-mail well in advance of renewal containing a hyperlink to manage the subscription. Apple iTunes subscriptions can be managed from a mobile device or computer that uses the same Apple ID as the initial purchase. 2V Software cannot manage Apple iTunes subscriptions.
