2V Software built the Sextivity app as a Commercial app. This app is provided by 2V Software and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use the app. If you choose to use Sextivity, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that Sextivity collects is used for providing and improving the app. Sextivity will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at Sextivity unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
For a better experience, while using the app, it may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that the app requests will be retained on your device and is not collected by 2V Software in any way. The application will ask for a username, which does not necessarily have to be your legal name, and your email address. Also when necessary, specific information may be required to process an order or make a delivery or billing.
The app does use third-party services (Google Analytics for Firebase) that may collect information used to identify you.
Our application uses the information in order to provide the best possible service, particularly to maintain a registry of users, orders if applicable, and improve our products and services. It is possible that periodic e-mails and notifications will be sent through the application with information that we consider relevant to you or that may offer you some benefit, these notifications may be canceled at any time by deactivating the notifications on your device.
Sextivity is highly committed to fulfilling the commitment to keep your information secure. We use the most advanced systems and update them constantly to ensure that there is no unauthorized access.
Information that is written in the Health application
Sextivity will ask for permission for us to write the data of your sexual activities in the Apple Health application and these can be viewed in the application itself, as part of your health data.
Use of written information
The intention to write the data in the Apple Health application is only to keep your record of sexual activities through the application and as part of your health record. The use of this information is strictly personal and is not shared with third parties.
Control of your personal information
At any time you may restrict the collection or use of previously permitted sexual activity records. You can do this through the Apple Health application, deactivating permission for Sextivity to write in your Health application. In this way, the data will continue to be written only in the Sextivity application, without sharing it with third parties.
2V Software will not sell, assign or distribute personal information that is collected without your consent, unless required by a judge with a court order.
Security
2V Software value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
Sextivity does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
