As New York State continues its re-opening, we want to provide you with an informational update. Progress continues to be made on the COVID-19 front, as 71% of citizens over 18 years old have received at least one vaccine dose. As a result, Governor Cuomo has announced that COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted. State health guidelines, including social gathering limits, capacity restrictions, social distancing, cleaning and disinfection, health screening, and contact information for tracing—are now optional for businesses across the state. Keep getting vaccinated! The New York City Department of Small Business Services has launched NYC Business Quick Start, which will provide business with a point of contact to help navigate city regulations, with a 48-hour response time to all small business inquiries.
