- Lead the county's Open Space, Recreation, and Historic Preservation Trust Fund program. Managed $35M in grants from 2017-2022 for 298 acres of parkland, and assisted in the acquisition of 33 additional acres in New Jersey’s most densely populated county. Serve as point-of-contact for municipal and non-profit grant applicants and facilitates meetings of the Open Space Advisory Board. Prepare grant documents, reports, and presentations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with elected officials, business administrators, and planners of Hudson County municipalities to provide technical assistance and grant support.
- Develop applications for Department of Environmental Protection, and Department of Transportation grant programs. Present applications to the Board of County Commissioners for public comment.
- Drafted the Hackensack River Greenway plan, which was adopted by the County Planning Board in February 2022, and assembled a working group comprised of local and regional officials. Presented plan and accomplishments to North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority’s Morris Canal Working Group.
- Prepared Request for Proposal and supervised consultant on the concept design for a portion of the Hackensack River Greenway and prepared application for Transportation Alternatives Set-Aside grant.
- Speak at various professional events, which have included the 2022 NJ Planning and Redevelopment Conference and the 2023 New Jersey Association of Counties Annual Conference.
- Mentor assistant planners. Advise in hiring and delegation of responsibilities.

- Prepared presentations for Division objectives, including grant proposals and updates for the Board of County Commissioners. Presentations have successfully secured grant funding for the County Ferry Study, JFK Boulevard Safety Study, Freight Study, and funding for 2020 Census outreach.
- Served as member of the Technical Advisory Committee, and provided regional expertise for the Jersey City Master Plan: Open Space Element.
- Created and managed graphic assets using extensive understanding of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Portfolio for the County includes banners, posters, promotional items, videos, GIFs, social media material, event branding, and custom material for various departments and municipalities.
- Promoted the planning profession to local highschool students and to New Jersey City University students.
- Produced the Biennial Review using Adobe InDesign, quantifying accomplishments over a two-year period.

- Served as in-house graphic designer for department materials, including the Quarterly Newsletter, the County's lead paint removal program, County events, and the Shade Tree program.
- Partnered with the City of Hoboken to design a Donation Meter program to combat homelessness.
- Redesigned park maps for Hudson County Parks system in an updated Official County Map.
- Conducted outreach for the JFK Safety Study at various community pop-up events and walkability audits.
- Attended the New Jersey Complete Streets summit with a focus on micromobility in the state.
