社會企業研究院(Social Enterprise Research Academy, SERA)於2014年成 立，一向本著「凝聚市場力量‧締造社會關愛」的宗旨，致力構建SERA Circle一個高價值的國際平台，凝聚政、商、學、民的多方核心人才和精英 專才，以促進可持續發展的亞洲社會。時至今日，本院透過舉辦國際峰會及 邀請世界級講者分享，連結超過10,000位企業領袖和機構組織，影響力亦擴 展到全球13個城市。 本院亦透過發展及推廣 「社會關愛約章架構」 及 6大原則 ，擴闊跨界別企 業領袖及專才的國際視野，回饋業界。

Social Enterprise Research Academy (SERA) established in 2014. With the mission statement of “Harness the Market to Bring

Social Caring”, SERA aims to create a cross-sectoral platform with business, academia, social and political sectors to foster

communications and to gather sustainability elites from various industries into one unparalleled high-value networking platform

that foster social responsibility and sustainable development in Asian communities. SERA has untied more than 10,000 business leaders and organizations via hosting international summits with world-class speakers and our presence is extending to 13 cities.

Fellowship Scheme 本院院士計劃乃透過評選機制，頒授榮譽及院士名銜，以表揚對環境、社會及經濟有傑出貢獻之人士。同時鼓勵企業 管理層以自身的影響力，於企業內提倡社會責任概念，促進可持續發展的企業領導精神，提升跨界別專才的專業水 平，從而推廣亞洲專業和忠誠形象，提升國際競爭力。 Through conferring the designation of SERA Fellowship, we acknowledge the profound environment social contribution as well as industrial impact of leaders. We encourage C-level of corporates to promote corporate social responsibility and the spirit of sustainability via enhancing the social awareness international competitiveness of cross-disciplinary professionals.

Welcome to Social Enterprise Research Academy’s Fellowship & Honorary Award Presentation Ceremony for 2020 and 2021.

In view of the global pandemic circumstance, this year I would be chairing the Ceremony as the Honorary Chairman in a virtual way with you all who are now attending online and physically sitting in Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center. Hereby, I would like to congratulate our outstanding Fellows and Social Caring Pledge Scheme Awardees of the year, I urge you all to continue being the changemakers and bring a positive impact to our human kind no matter where you are and which industry you are from.

You are all being nominated because you and your organizations have shown exemplary performance and persistence in developing successful businesses, whilst not neglecting the social responsibilities that come with leadership, please continue promoting the social caring spirits in accordance with our Social Caring Pledge Scheme, which promotes 6 core principles in UN Global Compact.

李樂詩博士MH，極地科學工作者、女探險家及極地博物館基 金創辦人，旨在提倡極地科學研究的重要性。 李博士過去從事專業廣告設計、攝影、畫家、及寫作。自1985 年加入中國國家南極考察隊，成為第2次隊赴南極長城站的考 察員後，轉而成為極地科學工作者，並以藝術推動極地科學， 從科學角度不斷研究探索極地與環保之關係及重要性。這個 改變使她成為全球首位踏足地球三極(南極、北極及高極–

藏高原)的香港女探險家。至今，她曾前赴南極8次和北極十多 次，並於2001年在南極越冬。 李博士在公民教育方面的貢獻令社會得益良多，於環境保護方 面亦作出積極的推動力。經過她26年的努力，終於在2013年

獲香港賽馬會慈善信託基金會捐助，在香港中文大學校園內設 立並命名為「香港賽馬會氣候變化館」並正式開幕，展出她多 年來在南、北極和青藏高原,、珠穆朗瑪峰雪域所收集的珍貴 資料，實物、影片、照片等，向公眾推廣氣候變化，以認識極 地冰雪溶解的啟示，對士、農、工、商的影響，以及對其化企 業的速鎖關係。她先後出版了十多本有關其探險心路歷程的著 作，並製作過有關地球之電視記錄片及舉辦有教育意義的極地 展覽。 為推動青少年對極地科學的認識，從而實行環保工作，李博士 也經常為公眾及學生作公開講座，分享她的極地探險經歷，並 帶領學生到野外考察以推動環保的工作，引領青年們開展環境 保護之路，並且讓他們建立正確的人生目標。至今，李博士於 中、港、澳三地講座超過數千場次，逾數十多萬名學生出席 過其講座，從而得到鼓勵以積極態度面對人生，關注及愛護 地球。

李博士曾／現任多項公職，以個人知識貢獻社會，當中包括：香港專業教育學院柴灣分校榮譽顧問、香 港康樂及文化事務署(科學)顧問、香港童軍總會青少年活動委員會委員、香港科技協進會會長（2012-3 年）、中國科學探險協會常務理事、香港理工大學 和香港中文大學榮譽院士。她也曾獲美國女地理學家 協會頒發「金獎」殊榮、「世界傑出華人獎」及「香港傑出領袖獎」，實至名歸。 走過三極後，李博士彷彿時刻聽到它的呼喚。為此，她寫下了「三極宣言」：地球之顛，當屬珠峰，會 同北極冰雪，南極大陸──我們人稱「地球三極」。我們三姊妹或高聳雲端，或冰晶玉潔，是地球系統 中無可替代的白色力量。我們控制大氣和海洋的運動，調即四季變化和雨雪風霜，從太古洪荒起，我們 創造了蔚藍的天空，茂密的森林，清澈的溪流…… 李博士深信：生命影響生命，沒有一個人或者一代人可以超然獨善其身，未來在我們手中，需要有更多 有經驗的前輩傳承。我們將以累積的經驗和專業知識，協助與關愛新一代開展機遇與選路。

心懷正能量 向前邁進

蘇樺偉資深院士是曾競逐五次殘奧的香港退役田徑運動員，為 港贏來12面獎牌。他在廣州出生不久後確診深度黃疸病，當 時，負責的醫生詢問是否值得留他一命，得來家人「救」的 肯定答案後，他又堅持樺偉定是個終身得受家人照顧的殘疾 人士。 蘇樺偉的母親在80年代初期來香港，與其父一起生活。蘇樺偉 在香港殘疾人奧委會暨傷殘人士運動會中，被一位潘健侶教練 相中，參與田徑訓練，在1994年開啓了他運動員的生涯。訓 練需無高强度項目，但帶來的疲倦仍是貨真價實，初期的蘇樺 偉，是抗拒的。 蘇樺偉在1996年參加了亞特蘭大殘疾人奧運會，首次於國際

舞臺亮相，參加了100米及4x100的項目。初出道的他對比賽 的重要性可謂一知半解，也未知此為運動員最高榮譽的比賽， 只知道此處可任喝汽水。當時在 4x100接力賽負責最後一棒的 他，在過往訓練記錄中是速度最慢的一個，因此帶頭的三棒， 可謂至關重要。然而，輪到蘇樺偉時，他們的隊伍卻已經落後 於其他國代表了。幸好，蘇樺偉還是力挽狂瀾，第一個抵達終 點。他表示：那時，是隊友跟他說刻苦訓練，方能開花結果。 蘇樺偉在國際舞臺亮相後，在1996-2012年間參與了5次殘疾 人奧運會，奪金三面，銀三面，銅三面，獎牌共12面，又在 退役前在殘疾人奧委會暨傷殘人士體育協會秘書處擔任行政助 理。2014年受腰傷困擾其後，他在2016年結束了長達21年的運 動生涯。

在努力訓練中，他在各大個人項目，如100米、200米、400中，均勇奪佳績，大破紀錄。蘇樺偉表示， 他希望透過自己的經歷，一方面鼓勵殘疾人士出來運動，另一方面鼓勵健全人士勿輕言放棄，堅信他們 定能做到殘疾人士也做到的事。他又言：「放棄雖易，但倘若能堅持到最後，未能得果亦可在過程中學 習。我出了本自傳《赤道上的金牌》，還有兩套改編的電影（《12.58》和《媽媽的神奇小子》），盼 以此鼓勵和感動香港人，心懷正能量向前邁進！」 榮譽 香港特區政府嘉獎 行政長官社區服務獎狀（2000年） 銅紫荊星章（2013年）

巫翔鷹院士是特立美環保及能源管理有限公司的董事總經理， 也是公司創辦人。於2007年至2016年期間曾擔任香港理工大 學講師及客席講師，並於2014年獲選為香港理工大學屋宇設 備工程系傑出校友。她最難忘的是自1995年開始成為美國冷凍 空調學會會員並於同年擔任學生分部主席，2010年更成為第一 位香港分會的女主席。2020年她被選為香港工程師學會理事及 香港地產行政師學會理事，進一步肯定了她的專業實力和傑出 成就。 巫院士除了在能源及可持續發展方面發表了多項優秀論文外， 亦積極將綠色環保建築帶入社會。她撰寫香港理工大學設計學 院教科書的其中數章包括「室內環境質素」以及「屋宇設備系 統」。近年，她擔任亞洲建築環境學院的工業諮詢委員會主席 及香港理工大學個別研究項目的導師，致力履行「取之社會、 用之社會」。

蔣秀珠女士40年前取得英國註冊藥劑師資格後即加入香港政 府醫務衛生署，期間專責開發藥劑部門電腦管理系統，1987 年成功建立首個跨總部及4大政府醫院的系統。1990年醫院管 理局成立，在她領導下，5年內把藥劑部門電腦化系統推至44 間醫院及專科藥房。更開發其他系統如醫生電子處方，現代化 倉庫管理，自動化機器配藥，護士無紙化派藥，優化藥物派發 流程，並融入智能臨床決策功能，減少藥物事故，保障病人安 全，亦加建藥物名冊規範，輔助政策執行，為全港的「醫健 通」個人藥物記錄鋪下重要基礎。 她曾任中文大學藥劑學校榮譽講師，教授有關藥劑信息系統， 傳遞系統設計和應用對藥劑發展的重要性。 她活躍於藥劑界，更推動國際交流，帶領香港團隊參加國內外 學術會議，安排參觀各醫院、企業，引進國內外尖端科技，提 升藥劑服務水平，與國際接軌。她曾獲香港政府委任為藥劑及

關天慧院士，囑願(Good Wills HK) 創辦人兼首席執行官，亦是 一名香港和澳洲昆士蘭的律師。 囑願(Good Wills HK) 的座右銘是 –「每個人都有權利擁有 遺囑」，並致力向香港社區推廣這一理念。自公司成立以 來，Amy院士一直努力秉承這一個座右銘去營運公司。囑願除 了提供遺囑撰寫和諮詢等核心服務外，企業社會責任 (CSR) 活 動也一直是Amy院士的首要任務。她專注教育公眾了解立遺 囑的重要性和釋除公眾對遺囑的誤解，尤其是在華人社區，因 為它通常被認為是「禁忌」或不吉祥的話題。為達到這個目 標，Amy院士過去曾獲邀參與許多講座和研討會，無論是與觀 眾面對面會談、Facebook 直播或是視頻錄製，她積極免費向公 衆推廣有關遺囑的功能和其沒有訂立的後果。她不僅參與香港 各行業公司的訪談講座，同時也會與其它社區組織，例如各區 不同教會團體合作。

馮偉恒院士為香港執業會計師及特許秘書，自2019年起擔任基 石控股有限公司（「基石控股」，香港聯合交易所主板上市公 司）之執行董事、首席財務官及公司秘書，是較少數35歲以下 擔任相關企業高層的管理職位者。在加入該集團前，馮院士任 職於羅兵咸永道會計師事務所，在財務會計和企業管理有豐富 的經驗。 在推動青年專業發展方面，馮院士早於2016年成為香港商界 會計師協會「青年事務委員會」成員，並長期擔任包括香港中 文大學及香港會計師公會在內的義務導師，支援青年專業的發 展。在推動業界發展方面，他自2018年起擔任廣東省粵港澳 合作促進會理事，並於2019年成為該會的「會計專委會」委 員，為香港會計專業融入國家發展大計，及其可持續發展而盡 力。於2018年，馮院士更獲業界推薦赴北京國家行政學院參與 培訓。

李偉文先生是 Brain Infinity Center Limited 的創始人。他一直 在精神健康領域做出貢獻，致力幫助香港的自閉症孩子。和大 多數有自閉症孩子的父母一樣：對孩子各種問題，一直找不到 出路；確診為自閉症，也未能了解其病因；多年的主流訓練， 困境也沒有改變。 2013 年，李先生偶然聽說了「腦神經反饋」或「腦反饋」。從 世界各地家長在網上的分享，得知這訓練或能使自閉症孩子得 到非一般的進步。李先生就帶著他 10 歲的兒子飛往新加坡， 進行第一次腦反饋評估。不久，看到兒子的改變，便決定投身 於精神健康這行業，幫助其他香港自閉症小朋友。 要利用這高端腦反饋，需具備不同學科的知識，李先生憑藉在 大學時所培養的科學思維，掌握腦反饋背後不可或缺的數學概 念。他也持續進修，獲得利物浦大學精神健康心理學碩士學

Don’t Give Up Easily

So Wa Wai BBS MH is a retired athlete from Hong Kong who has competed in the Paralympic Games on five occasions, winning 12 medals. Not long after his birthday in Guang Zhou, he was diagnosed with severe jaundice. The doctor asked his parents whether they should ‘save him’ or not. ‘Save him,’ His family demanded. The doctor then insisted he will forever be a disabled under the care of them.

His mum and he came to Hong Kong to live with dad in the early 80s.

Scouted by a couch in his school during Hong Kong Para Athletics Championships, Mr. Poon Kin-lui asked him if he was interested to join their training programme, offering him the chance to step into the path of being an athlete in 1994. Although hectic training programmes had never been included in the programme, he didn’t enjoy participating in them on that early stage since they tired him out. His first international presence was made on 1996 Summer Paralympics. He participated in 100m and 4 x 100 m metres relay contest without realising how grand and important they were, like how they represented the highest honour for athlete. The only thing he knew is that there are plenty of soft drinks for them.

Mr. So was the last outgoing runner, and since he was the slowest among their team, the first three batons were of the most importance.

They had to take the lead. They are actually being caught on by the other countries on his turn, but he turned up to be the first, surprisingly! And when he thinks about it afterwards, it was exactly his mates telling them to work hard and overcome the pain for succeeding and achieving the goals. Training himself with his best efforts, he accomplished great result in individual events including 100 metres, 200 metres and 400 metres relays, breaking their previous records.

After his first presence on the international stage, he participated in 5 Paralympic Games from 1996 to 2012, winning a total of 12 medals with 6 of them being gold, 3 of them being silver and bronze respectively. His back injury sustained since 2014 paved the way of his retirement in 2016. Before that, he worked as administrative officer in the secretary office of Hong Kong Paralympic Committee and Sports Association for the Physically Disabled.

Here he would like to share his experience with people attempting to play in sports, both abled and disabled. “You can do it!” He published

an autobiography Gold Medal on the Equator and two films. He hopes his life could encourage disabled people to take part in sports more, and inspiring Hongkongers with positivity. “Don’t give up easily! It’s easy to just give up, but if you sustain, and yet still fail to achieve anything, you can still learn something from the process!”

Improving patient Safety, Care for Community Ms S C Chiang BPharm (Hons), MHA, MRPS, FHKCHSE, FACHSM, CHE, FCPP, FSERA In her early pharmacist career with the HK Government some forty years ago, Ms Chiang started the development and implementation of the first Pharmacy computer system which supported the dispensing and inventory functions at the four major government hospitals. In 1992, she spent 5 years in Hospital Authority completing the system roll out to 44 hospitals and Specialist Out-Patient Pharmacies. She assisted the development of the electronic prescribing system, the use of automatic dispensing machines, nursing medication administration system and the supply chain modernisation project.

She introduced the clinical decision support system to reduce medication errors and improve patient safety with incorporation of Drug Formulary polies and laid the foundation for the electronic Health Record Sharing System (eHRSS).

She lectured at the School of Pharmacy, CUHK teaching the students how important is pharmacy informatics. She led countless groups to join international conferences with hospital visits to broaden their knowledge with subsequent local introduction of new technology and practices in local pharmacies comparable to international standards.

She served on the Pharmacy and Poisons Board from 2013 to 2018 keeping the safety gate for the registration of pharmaceutical products in the Hong Kong, the licensing of the registered pharmacists and licensing of Authorised Sellers of Poisons and Listed Sellers of Poisons in Hong Kong.

Ms Chiang is now the Chairman of Hong Kong Pharmaceutical Care Foundation (HKPCF) to deliver the community pharmacy service to various NGOs looking after the elderlies in their medication related problems. Think Big Act Small Mr. Chan Kin Sing has known that his calling was to be engineer since his high school study given his knack for numbers. His passion was ignited by his Physics teacher who led by example. He learnt from him how to solve problems systematically, and how to pay attention to details. The pursuit of engineering knowledge at HKU and in the industry is full of fervor in and of itself, and offered him a great intellectual journey.

“Think big, act small” is one important thing Mr. Chan learnt, and is the key to the delivery of many successful projects. Obtaining the chartership first from Institution of Civil Engineers, then from HKIE, Engineers Australia, CIHT and HKIPM marked the milestone along his career. Since becoming chartered, he has led the team for several residential development projects, in which he was responsible for managing the design, obtaining government’s technical approval, and providing a technical lead during the construction phase.

Each product is accompanied by handwritten Calligraphy style with “Classy, Elegance and Timeless”, which is a transmission of love. She believes Modern Calligraphy contains a slower attitude of “persistence” to life. In addition to being on the road to the enterprise, I never forget to contribute to society, I have been taught Modern Calligraphy courses for many schools, social enterprises, and universities. I also have been a guest speaker for the Rotary Club, and hope more people can be exposed to classical Western calligraphy.

To Study, To Practice, To Contribute Mr. Lee Wai Man, Roger, is the founder of Brain Infinity Centre Limited. He has been making contributions in the mental health field to help children with autism in Hong Kong. Like most parents with an autistic kid, they found no way out all about their child, although years of effort paid for the standardized interventions. The diagnosis did not shed light on any possibilities of different kinds of etiology.

The disruptive behaviors and temper tantrums remained unchanged.

In 2013, Mr. Lee heard about neurofeedback serendipitously.

He identified many testimonials from parents across different counties, unveiling their autistic kids’ remarkable improvement after neurofeedback treatment. Then, Mr. Lee located a clinic and flighted to Singapore with his 10-year-old son for the first neurofeedback assessment. Shortly afterward, he decided to turn his career path to a mental health professional to help other families with autistic kids in Hong Kong.

Having the mindset of pure science developed in undergraduate education, Mr. Lee got through the math behind brainwaves that were indispensable to neurofeedback. He was fortunate to be mentored, one-on-one and laterally, by a few professionals in the field, for which these existences turned into an essential milestone in his journey. In parallel, he earned a master’s degree in Mental Health Psychology from the University of Liverpool. Reading literature, books, and studying neuroscience have become habituated in his daily practice. All the knowledge disseminated by the many heroes in his mind enlightens him to the extent that he can keep the endeavor moving on.

Knowing that every child is unique, Mr. Lee integrates the crossdisciplinary knowledge based on neurological, psychological, and psychosocial dimensions to look into all the cases. He utilizes advanced neurofeedback technology to rectify the unhealthy brain mechanism of the kids. Over time, the positive outcomes demonstrate the feasibility of alleviating autistic symptoms, possibly regaining the kids’ brain functions, and ultimately improving the quality of life of families.

Alongside the unprecedented and transformative progress of many complex and challenging cases, Mr. Lee grows into a person having a particular proclivity for neurofeedback. In past years, he provided services at affordable costs and supported some families from the low socioeconomic group in Hong Kong. In other words, Mr. Lee makes the intervention available for many families in Hong Kong under the extreme scarcity of neuropractors who can do this.

Do Good Naturally and Happily Fellow John Lee has been passionate in contributing to social and community work since graduation and has extended his mentoring capabilities to universities, secondary schools and NGOs. John steered the Growing Partners Project at BGCA as the Chairman between 2011 and 2019, which had successfully matched over 1500 pairs of big brothers/sisters with underprivileged students and spinoff the sister Growing Partners2 Child Development Fund Project over its 15 years of establishment.

From 2006 till now, John has been actively promoting Hong Kong cultural heritage preservation to the public for over 300 local tours, accumulating more than 700 volunteering hours as a public docent at Antiquities & Monuments Office, Leisure & Cultural Services Department and West Kowloon Cultural District Authority. Key responsible landmarks include the Government House, Central Heritage Trail, Dr. Sun Yat-sen Museum, Xiqu Centre, etc. In addition, John has been actively contributing back to his primary, secondary and tertiary alma mater via serving in key leadership roles of alumni associations, namely, HKU Science Alumni Association, Chan Shui Ki (La Salle) College Old Boys’ Association and Shamshuipo Tsung Tsin Church Affiliated Schools Alumni Association. Currently, he is also one of the Member Board of Directors at Chan Sui Ki (La Salle) College Old Boys’ Foundation.

With regards to social contributions at work, John started serving as one of the staff leaders in Cathay Pacific’s (CX) iconic “I Can Fly” Programme (2007-2008) and was one of the first batch staff of CX Volunteer Team from 2008 to 2015, participating in UNICEF’s “Change For Good” staff field trip in Northern Thailand. Since 2011, John also became a Swire Properties Community Ambassador, volunteering over 20 corporate social responsibility (CSR) events. In 2019, John was fortunate to join Swire Properties’ partnering Global Village Building Project with Habitat for Humanity as a volunteer in Chengdu, where he moved construction materials, mixed cement, laid bricks and even ran English classes for local children in Sichuan Community Centre. Last but not least, as part of LKK Health Products Group Volunteer Service Team’s Organizing Committee Member from 2017, John has helped organizing multiple CSR events too.
