Identity Manual In this document, you’ll find the guidelines about how we use our logo, typography, colours, pictures and files


Foreword All of Sencure’s brand features are proprietary. If you opt to use any trademarks, logos, designs and/or other brand features, you acknowledge your acceptance of the terms in the brand guidelines.

Sencure Logo This chapter maps the Sencure logo and variations of the Sencure logo. Use the logo only how it is indicated in this chapter.


01a. Sencure Logo

The logo of this page is the main logo and will and should be used at all times. If for some reasons this logo cannot be used adequately, another logo version may be used, described only in this brandbook.

Primary logo The logotype to the right is our main logo.

Brandmark This is the unique and modern brandmark which represents Sencure. This will often used for social media.


01b. Safe Zone

The safe zone is the distance the logo must handle with respect to other objects that are placed around it. It ensures that the logo is never placed too close to the edge of a document.

Logo Safezone The logotype to the right is the main logo and is never placed too close to the edge of a document.

Brandmark Safezone This brandmark to the right is never placed too close to the edge of a document.


01c. Colour background

We want everything to look neat and coordinated. Put our logo on backgrounds that make them stand out and look great, so our brand always looks fantastic!

Don't make things messy by putting our logo on backgrounds that don't match. Keep our logo on backgrounds that make it look awesome, as described in the previous page.

When using the logo in a picture, make sure to choose the correct colors depending on whether the background is dark or light. This ensures the colors look good together and keep our brand looking sharp.

04. Picture Guidelines To ensure that images remain unambiguous and appropriate to Sencure, this section explains what images may be used. Furthermore, the images in our communications must comply with three rules of thumb: 1. Photos should always have a message 2. Photos must have support 3. Photos must be realistic Do not use abstract photos that have no link between text and image.

Keep these guidelines in mind when using images and footage for Sencure.

File Management This chapter maps out how we manage our files and what different file formats we are using.


05a. File formats

Master file management for digital and print. Understand the distinction between print and digital file types.

Encapsulated Postscript (.eps) Vector file that can be modified in Illustrator

Portable Document Format (.pdf) Vector or raster format that can be universally viewed. Also used for digital.

BMP

Bitmap (.bmp) Native bitmap format of Windows and is used to store virtually any type of bpm data

Scalable Vector Graphics (.svg) Vector image that can be used online

PNG

Portable Network Graphics (.png) Uncompresed, raster image that can be used in any software

JPG

Joint Photographic Group (.jpg) Compressed raster image with reduced file size while maintaining high image quality.

PDF

Portable Document Format (.pdf) Vector or raster format that can be universally viewed. Also used for print.
