WHAT IS PRP? PRP application, a new skin rejuvenation method, has been developed in recent years. In the PRP method, 8–20 cc of blood is taken from the patient and centrifuged. The serum obtained in the treatment of PRP is injected into small amounts such as mesotherapy and is widely injected into the skin.

When any damage occurs in our tissues, our blood collects the clot cells to this tissue and initiates a repair process. Thus, the repair of the target tissue starts quickly and strongly and results more quickly. The density of platelets in the serum obtained by the PRP method is 2 to 4 times greater than in the blood.

Separated platelets accumulate in the tube in the kit and accumulate and a blood product called PRP is produced. This product (PRP) is applied to the skin by means of filler or mesotherapy, the skin becomes more visible with a bright and vivid appearance immediately after the rejuvenating effect.

How Many Applications Are Required to Ensure the Full Effect? In fact, at least 3 injections should be performed at intervals of 3 weeks to obtain a final result. Then, every 6–12 months of the application allows the protection of the results. Do the positive results obtained with a cure disappear completely afterwards?
