My effectiveness:
In this project I tasked myself to onboard the client and understand the style and feel targetted for their home.
I drafted the plan , cabinetry requirements the space needed and the furniture selection for the home.
The role of my team was to model this plan and render to match the warm feel required for the home .

My effectiveness:
• Procurred artisans for the custom-made reception desk for the client
• Facilitated a colour research that was effective for the cabinetry &joinery required supporting the construction management team.
• Led client meetings on the design to actualisation phase ensuring client satisfaction on the project.

KILIFI-INNOVATIVE
CONCEPTS
This client’s objective was to find a solution for their 4 year old twin boys to have a play themes area and for both to have beds on the upper deck . They required a space underneath to store toys and spend time with the kids or the nanny to slee over sometimes.
As team lead, my approach was to research on concpet using ai and concept sites to create the very much needed solution. These above are the concepts we worked with as team and I facilitated research on exact measurements that would be needed for modelling and during construction.

04. ARCHITECTURAL PROPOSAL
This is a self -motivated project proposal for a 2 bedroom unit and 1 bedroom unit. In a period of 5 months in my working environment , I took it upon myself to learn how to draft flats
Effectiveness: Prepare Architectural briefs and familiarise myself with materials used in the general construction industry .
Thus inturn supporting my design team with a full design direction that matched the industry trends on bringing the outside in. Moreso , my open approach to learning on ground kept the company in growing trajectory.

05. LEADERSHIP STYLE DECK
At my role as design director , my job description was tailored around design management , concept development especially for the interior design sector , business strategy and development .
I facilitated brand development by directing reveal projects to residential clients and representing the company in launches for our corporate clients .
This role ideally did present an opportunity to appreciate my unique way of thinking, business approach and overall leadership
The type of leadership I prescribed to:
1. Laissez-faire leadership/ delegative leadership
I effected this by participating in meeting . listening to , giving guidance and offering my direction and feedback to streamline with the company’s and clients’ needs.
2. Strategic leadership
Led the company to effect its monthly goals and client satisfaction .
Collaborated with the social media team ,the management , sales team and construction team to ensure consistent growth
3Transformational leadership
Analysed market trends in the industry , providing software knowledge and access, trend reports and magazines to my team. I am responsible for streamlining design process by ensuring there is documentation of each stage , job cards and accountability for each team member
