Politics or Politricks By Patrick Sellers, an Illinois Correspondent It appalls me to know that radio, television and other media outlets provide politicians, aspiring politicians, political analysis, entertainment personalities and any other person with voice box an opportunity to spread hate and racism.
into thinking that it only means, “back from the democrats”, but I totally disagree. There have been democrats in office before but this slogan has never been adopted in the political arena until President Obama took office.
Since the election of President Obama, there seems to be an astonishing number of new political experts, all of which preach the same sermon to the American people; that America is in the shape that it is in because of President Obama and the American people believe this nonsense.
So my question is WHO are WE taking OUR country back from? The oil companies, the healthcare industry, the insurance industry, oh, now I know Black People. This is the thought process of the fear mongers that use the media as a way to manipulate the minds of the public. Thus began this game of deception, this game of political mutiny, this game of separation, this game mortification that has now become the new face of American politics and media.
I would like to tell America to, WAKE UP!!!! President Obama inherited this mess, he did not create it, think about it, the economy, housing industry, foreign diplomacy and don’t even get me started on the price of gas, all of these things were in a mess before President Obama took office. When I watch television and I see people at political rallies chanting or read a bumper sticker on a car that says “Let’s Take Back Our Country!” This makes me upset because of the undercurrent of racism that is supposed to be hidden in the message but is as loud as thunder. Because of the ratings, media networks are making a fortune off of racism and political malice. Weak-minded individuals draw to these shows like moths to a flame, but the real danger happens next, people actually believe the ludicrous propaganda that nourishes the spirit of racism. America, we are known as the beacon of democracy, the great melting pot, the land of opportunity, all of these nicknames represents what America is suppose to be, but in actuality we have fallen extremely short of our glorified names. I use Appointy along with my Google Calendar (multi-purpose usage with Google Calendar). For time-tracking (and more) your billable projects FreshBooks and PayMo have great free and low cost plans (recommended for freelancers that bill by the hour, minute, second).

This helps you stay in touch with your clients and their needs when you are away from your home or remote office. Take out a loan: While I’m aware that depending on the type of service or product market you are breaking into, you may need some start-up revenue; I strongly recommend that you first exhaust all other available resources before taking out a loan. Don’t hesitate to insert your personalized Youtube videos and/or podcasts to your web and blog sites then, blast/post in emails and social networks as these are also (free) ways to market and build your business.

My personal preference is MailChimps free plan with up to 1,000 subscribers (clientele) a sending limit of 6,ooo per/month and many more features.

Politics or Politricks How do we look to the rest of the world? The United States of America is not as united as we claim to be, think about the slogan previously stated, “Let’s take back Our Country!” Does this slogan show unity? What message are we sending to the countries that are teetering between democracy and their traditional style of government? These countries are looking to us for guidance, but how can we provide guidance when we are being lead away from democracy, by racially motivated political parties and irrational talk show hosts? Our own views of democracy are skewed and either way you slice it, it does not make us look good. Our country is now full of overzealous,
self-centered and egotistical politicians; teamed up with racially biased, loud mouthed and ignorant talk show and talk radio hosts. Their words, even if no more than lies, are destructive and their actions, even if no more than a façade, are demoralizing. Such idiotic behavior stems from the fact that we have an African American President, let’s just keep it real, it has absolutely nothing to do with the shape our country is in or the direction that we as a country need to by going. Does such behavior epitomize democracy? Are we allowing our standards of democracy to be lowered or was our standards of democracy never high enough to begin with?
