Request and keep your tax receipts to participate in the monthly and occasional tax lottery. It is forbidden to provide to the customer another document, attesting the payment of the value of the goods or services provided, than the tax receipt. These rights and obligations are established by the provisions of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 28/1999 regarding the obligation of economic operators to use electronic ďŹ scal devices.
