We are always mindful of catering for guests who may have allergies or dietary requirements.
We understand that some guests may be unsure as to what they can and cannot eat, therefore we provide a QR code on all menus which patrons can scan to learn the allergy information for all our dishes and make their own informed decision on suitable items.
Whilst all our team members receive allergen training, every event also has designated allergen champions there to provide dietary information. These team members have received additional training on allergens and wear visible aprons.

As Head of the Production Kitchen, Jim leads the engine room of our culinary operations, overseeing every aspect of food preparation and delivery, and ensuring flawlessness across all events, big or small. A proud member of the Master Chefs of Great Britain, he brings a wealth of experience, technical mastery, and unwavering attention to detail.
