ANNOUNCEMENTS Office Cleaning Underway With Pastor Dan and Daniel Dovinh now on board, we are looking to reduce clutter in the offices. During the month of July, the staff will gather excess books, files and other items in Room 206 and will leave them there until the end of the month. Feel free to sort through these items to see if there is anything you might like to take home. At the end of the month, we will find the appropriate way to discard of what's left. If your ministry group regularly uses Room 206 and has not already been contacted about shifting your meeting, please contact the Church Office for help making other meeting arrangements. Back-To-School Consortium The Back to School Consortium helps fill the gap for families in the Shoreline School District who are living with a low income and/or experiencing circumstances in their lives that make it challenging to prepare their children for school. Children are given items such as backpacks, school supplies, socks, and underwear. In June, we collected an offering here at SCRC so that BTSC can purchase supplies in bulk. If you were not able to participate at that time or want to give more we have another opportunity. There is a big yellow box in the foyer where you may place supply donations (a list of items is on the side) or a monetary donation clearly marked for “Back to School” may be placed in offering plate. If you have questions, contact Dora (doravandergiessen@gmail.com) or Vonnie (ldroosendaal@msn.com).

Getting Connected We encourage you to get connected with a community group for fellowship and mutual support. It is far too easy to simply come to church on Sunday and then slip out. We want to get to know you better, so join us! If you would like more information about any group, please contact the Church Office.

Shoreline Christian Reformed Church is a gospel and grace-centered

community learning how to follow Jesus. We belong to a broader community called The Christian Reformed Church. What does this mean? We call ourselves… Christian… Because we belong to Jesus Christ and want to be His followers.

Reformed…

Church…

Because we’re part of the historic branch of the Christian church that follows the teachings of the leaders of the Protestant Reformation, who struggled to return Christianity to its Biblical roots. Because God has called us to be a fellowship of His people in the world.
