June 10, 2018 Worship Service: 10:00 a.m.

Identity Theft Rev. Eric Likkel will bring a sermon based on the passage in Galatians 3:1-5. Eric has served for the past three years as one of our Interim Pastors, and also leads a Seattle congregation at Emmaus Road Church.

Today

Nursery: The Nursery is available downstairs for children (newborn–age 3) during the morning service. Children’s Church (ages 4-10) meets today. Teachers and helpers will be in the Lobby area to meet you. Note: Children's Church will NOT meet on 6/24 in order to allow families to sit together on Pastor Dan Claus' Installation Sunday. Sunday School and Catechism classes are on hiatus until the new academic year. We hope to see you in the Fall.

Next Week

Message: Rev. Randy Rowland will be our speaker next week. His sermon, "A New World Order" will be based on the passage in Matthew 5:1-12. Randy has served for the past three years as one of our Interim Pastors. He was the founding pastor of Sanctuary CRC in Seattle, and continues to serve on staff there. Randy also works with CENTERED, an organization that mentors young adults. Two Offerings: We will collect two offerings next week. The first offering will be directed toward our Local Operating Budget (LOB), and the second offering will go to Dordt College.

Getting Connected We encourage you to get connected with a community group for fellowship and mutual support. It is far too easy to simply come to church on Sunday and then slip out. We want to get to know you better, so join us! If you would like more information about any group, please contact the Church Office.

Shoreline Christian Reformed Church is a gospel and grace-centered

community learning how to follow Jesus. We belong to a broader community called The Christian Reformed Church. What does this mean? We call ourselves… Christian… Because we belong to Jesus Christ and want to be His followers.

Reformed…

Church…

Because we’re part of the historic branch of the Christian church that follows the teachings of the leaders of the Protestant Reformation, who struggled to return Christianity to its Biblical roots. Because God has called us to be a fellowship of His people in the world.
