Announcements Community BBQ & Potluck We are planning a community BBQ/potluck lunch as a fun church family event, as well as a way to reach out to our community. Please invite your neighbors and friends. We will once again invite children from our church and neighborhood to come for an evening of fun while their much-deserving parents enjoy a date night or just time to run some errands. Friday, June 16  6:30–9:00 p.m. Church Lower Level Children ages 6 months through 11 years are invited to enjoy games, stories, and snacks in a safe, supervised environment. Young parents may enjoy a night out without paying for childcare. The rest of us—ages 12 and up—will have the opportunity to serve the young families by volunteering to help with registration, preparing and serving snacks, or playing with/caring for the children. You may register your children or volunteer at the table in the Foyer. Questions may be directed to Dora van der Giessen. Thank you for serving our community in this way!

Sunday, June 25 at 11:30 a.m. Church Lower Level Hamburgers and hotdogs will be provided. Even though we don't want our guests to bring anything, we ask that you bring a side dish, salad or dessert—with enough to share. There are invitation postcards available in the Foyer so you can invite your friends and neighbors. If you are able to help with set-up on Saturday evening, June 24, please contact Mike Vedders. Street Clean-Up - June 24 It's time again for our annual Street Clean-Up event. This outreach event helps to spruce up our street (25th Ave.), and it gives us an opportunity to interact with our neighbors. It also is a good way to get some exercise! If you interested in participating, contact Wayne Clousing. Once we know who can participate, we will establish a timeframe.

Laptop Computer Needed Do you have an extra laptop at home that is no longer needed? The Council is seeking a laptop computer to support various functions within Council meetings and other Church Office duties. It would be very helpful if the laptop already has Windows 7 or 10 installed. If you can help, please contact either Clarence Deelstra or Wayne Clousing. We appreciate your prayerful consideration and your generosity!

Let us think of ways to motivate one another to acts of love and good works. And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near. Hebrews 10:24-25 (NLT)

Shoreline Christian Reformed Church is a gospel and grace-centered

community learning how to follow Jesus. We belong to a broader community called The Christian Reformed Church. What does this mean? We call ourselves… Christian… Because we belong to Jesus Christ and want to be his followers.

Reformed…

Church…

Because we’re part of the historic branch of the Christian church that follows the teachings of the leaders of the Protestant Reformation, who struggled to return Christianity to its biblical roots. Because God has called us to be a fellowship of his people in the world.
