Announcements Community Meal - June 25

We will once again invite children from our church and neighborhood to come for an evening of fun while their much-deserving parents enjoy a date night or just time to run some errands. Friday, June 16  6:30–9:00 p.m. Church Lower Level Children ages 6 months through 11 years are invited to enjoy games, stories, and snacks in a safe, supervised environment. Young parents may enjoy a night out without paying for childcare. The rest of us—ages 12 and up—will have the opportunity to serve the young families by volunteering to help with registration, preparing and serving snacks, or playing with/caring for the children. You may register your children or volunteer at the table in the Foyer. Questions may be directed to Dora van der Giessen. Thank you for serving our community in this way!

The congregation is invited to a potluck/barbecue on Sunday, June 25 at 11:30 a.m. Hamburgers and hotdogs will be provided, so please bring a salad or a dessert. If you are able to help with set-up on Saturday evening, June 24, please contact Mike Vedders.

We've now concluded the year, and will be enjoying a few months off during the summer. See you in the Fall! Women’s Evening Bible Study The Women's Monday Evening Bible Study has wrapped up the year of studying Colossians and Philemon. After a summer break, we will reconvene in September. We look forward to reconnecting then and starting up a new study!

Grow Groups (Adults) Grow Groups meet once a month in various homes every third Sunday from September through May. Now on hiatus, we look forward to seeing you in September.

Let us think of ways to motivate one another to acts of love and good works. And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near. Hebrews 10:24-25 (NLT)

Shoreline Christian Reformed Church is a gospel and grace-centered

community learning how to follow Jesus. We belong to a broader community called The Christian Reformed Church. What does this mean? We call ourselves… Christian… Because we belong to Jesus Christ and want to be his followers.

Reformed…

Church…

Because we’re part of the historic branch of the Christian church that follows the teachings of the leaders of the Protestant Reformation, who struggled to return Christianity to its biblical roots. Because God has called us to be a fellowship of his people in the world.
