Please look for the pink and green balloons by the doors in the front of the school. Enter thru the double doors and keep straight. The cafeteria will be to your left across from the office.

Sorors will be outside to greet you!

SISTERLY RELATIONS

Ancient Greek Olympic winners received decorated terra-cotta pots called amphorae filled with olive oil from Athena's groves. The vases featured event scenes, Athena, and the games' emblem. Winners could receive up to 140 amphorae, and the olive oil had various uses like cooking and lighting lamps.

The retreat will focus on planning the Program Calendar, reflecting on 2024 events to shape the 2025 calendar. Participants are encouraged to share program ideas for 2025 to provide input and guidance.

WORKSHOPS

I: REFEREE-ING

This workshop will center on conflict resolution, offering insights on effectively managing disagreements in a diplomatic and considerate manner.

II: PASSING THE BATON

This workshop aims to enhance your ability to identify talent and effectively engage sorority members as our chapter undergoes expansion.

III: YOUR AGENT

This workshop will concentrate on showcasing our programming to the public and formulating a brand strategy for the chapter within our community.

FLAG CEREMONY

Shortly after touchdown, the Standards committee will match you with your "country crew." Get ready to team up with these sorority sisters for some epic retreat activities!

4X4 RELAYS

The details are clear. Get ready for some thrilling 4x4 relay races that promise exciting sisterly competition! All sorors are welcome to participate, but only one team will claim the gold.

SYNCHRONIZED SORORS

One of the competitions we enjoy the most! Are you all N'Sync? Will it be me? Which team is saying Bye Bye Bye? Tell me now! Who is in sync to win the gold?

CROWNING CEREMONY

Which of the country crews will win it all? Who will take the glory of the SOAR-ALympics?

After the retreat on August 17th, you can join the Enhance our Environment Committee to craft a lovely garden stepping stone. Get your Stepping Stone Kit from Amazon and bring it along on August 17th for a post-retreat crafting session. Everything required for the garden stone project is provided in the kit. Feel free to bring additional baubles, beads, pebbles, and stained glass to personalize your stepping stones.
