Hello! Welcome to our condo, LuxE by the Sea. We are so glad you decided to stay here and hope you have a great time in Myrtle Beach.
We are happy to share our condo with you and truly hope you enjoy it as much as we do. The views of the sunrise and sunset over the Atlantic Ocean are spectacular. There are some fantastic local restaurants and wineries close by. One of our local favorites is Nacho Hippo in The Market Commons (4 miles away).
This guide contains information about LuxE by the Sea, Myrtle Beach, and the surrounding area to help you enjoy your stay. If you have a question that isn’t covered in this guide, please contact us to let us know how we can help.

Enter gate code 35563. Keep to the right (basketball court) to the Renaissance Tower. There are 20-minute parking spaces for luggage drop-off at the front of the building. Luggage carts are available at the entrance of the building.
There is a $20 parking fee (per weekly stay) payable at the gate.
Press the YALE logo, type your code, and press the ✔ button. Use this code during your entire stay. To lock the door from the outside, press the YALE logo

Dining Room: Use the 2nd switch next to the front door. Living Room: Use the 3rd switch next to the front door. Each button controls one of the two spiral floor lamps Bed Rooms: The light switches for each bed sconce are located on/or just outside of the headboard Each floating bed has motion-detected LED lights underneath. Bathroom: Each bathroom has a mirror light, a vanity light, and a shower light.
Turn the thermostat to your desired temperature. The recommended cooling temperature is 76° and the heating temperature is 68°.

USE THE COFFEE MAKER
Open the metal cover in the A/C cover opening. Press either Low or High for the fan speed, choose Heat or Cool, and turn the dial left or right to your preferred temperature setting.
Press the Power button to turn on the TV. DirecTV (app) for TV. Netflix, Prime TV, etc. (Must use your login credentials)
Alexa Echo Shows are in each bedroom. To Use, say “Hi Alexa, …” (i.e., Hi Alexa, what restaurants are close).
Put a mug under the Keurig spout. Lift the handle, insert a pod, and lower the handle. Select the desired settings for the brew. Press BREW and wait for the coffee to finish. Enjoy!
USE THE DISHWASHER
Rinse excess food off the plates before loading. Load the rack. Insert the pod in the detergent dispenser compartment and twist it to lock the lid in place. Start the wash cycle. The pods are in the lower cabinet door.
USE THE GARBAGE Put food remnants down the sink and turn the water on. DISPOSAL Click the switch on the wall near the sink to turn on the garbage disposal. Continue to run the water while using the disposal. Click the switch to turn off the disposal and turn off the water.
USE THE PLAY WALL
There are 3 games on the Play Wall and several games on the TV stand in the living room. Scan the QR codes for instructions for the games on the play wall
Checking out
CHECK OUT As a reminder, check-out is at 11:00 am on the day your booking PROCEDURE ends (unless pre-approved).
Late Check-out: If you are unable to check out on time & late check-out wasn’t prearranged, there will be a late check-out fee equivalent to 1 night’s stay
Before you leave, please:
● Place dirty towels in the laundry bags in the bedroom closets.
● Remove all trash & discard it in the trash chute (located at the end of the hallway before you reach the elevators).
● Dispose of all food in the fridge and cabinets.
● Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Dishwasher pods are in the cabinet under the sink.
● Close & secure the entry door, balcony door, and window.
● Turn off all lights and Master bedroom A/C unit

House Rules
Myrtle Beach Resort - You have access to ALL amenities within the resort, including a 375-foot lazy river and wet deck, four outdoor pools (one beachfront), 2 indoor pools, 3 health spas complete with steam rooms, saunas and jacuzzi, 2 lighted tennis courts, basketball & volleyball court, putting green, picnic areas, and private beach access.
Parking Pass - There is a $20 parking fee (per weekly stay) payable at the gate. The parking pass must be always displayed on your vehicle windshield.
Guests - Only the # of guests on the reservation at the time of booking are permitted to occupy the condo.
Door Lock - Make sure the condo door is securely locked each time you leave.
Do’s & Don’ts:
Do’s
- Dispose of food in the fridge before leaving. *Food left behind may result in additional cleaning fees.
- Pre-wash all dishes and place them in the dishwasher and wash them. Dishwasher pods are in the cabinet under the sink
- Shake off excess sand before re-entering the condo.
- Turn off all lights.
- Close & secure the entry door, balcony door, and window.
- Remove all trash & discard it in the trash chute (located at the end of the hallway, before you reach the elevators)
Don’ts
- No eating in bed or on the couch *Stains may result in extra cleaning fees
- No food or sanitary items of any kind in the vanity sink drains, and toilet.
- No wet or sandy bathing suits/clothing on the furniture.
- No burning of candles or incense of any kind.
- No use of grills on the balcony per local fire regulations. Designated grilling areas are provided throughout the resort.
- No clothing, towels, linens, etc. shall be hung from balcony railings. We have a clothing drying line on the balcony for use.
- No fireworks are permitted on the Resort property.
- Do not take bath towels to the beach. Four beach towels are provided in the closet on the top shelf.

Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.
** Late Check-out **
If you are unable to check out on time & late check-out wasn't prearranged, there will be a late check-out fee equivalent to 1 night's stay plus any cost associated with the delay of the cleaning company entering the unit to perform services or delay of the check-in for the next guest.
This is a SMOKE-FREE building! If anyone smokes inside the unit, a minimum charge of $150 will be assessed for your stay for additional cleaning. There are designated smoking areas outside of the building.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm- 7 am. Excessive noise outside of these hours is a potential violation of the local noise ordinance.
The laundry/Fitness Center/Hot tub/Sauna are all located on the main floor. Hours of operation are posted.
NO PETS! If a pet of any kind is brought into the condo, a minimum charge of $150 will be assessed for your stay.
SERVICE ANIMALS - ADA-recognized Service Animals must be pre-registered before arrival. ESA dogs are NOT ADA-recognized and are NOT permitted.
Motorcycles & Trailers
Motorcycles are allowed. Trailers are NOT allowed, except during the Bike Festivals/Week. A nominal fee will be assessed.
Pest Treatment
The resort treats every condo monthly. If pest treatment should overlap with your stay, the technician will be accompanied by the Resort’s maintenance dept. & will knock before entering.
